Race fees for the Unionville Race of the Hearts Reduced by $10
Cycling as we all know can be an expensive sport. From equipment, to entry fees, to travel costs its difficult enough, when the economy is in good shape, for many to have the wherewithal to meet the financial demands of the sport we love. In a tremendous show of support and understanding of the fiscal side of cycling, promoter Joe Carney ("Course des Coeurs" - Unionville Race of the Hearts) has reduced the entry fees for the May 9th event by $10:
P-1-2 (58 miles) $35 entry fee
M3-4 (50 miles) $30 entry fee
M5 (42 miles) $25 entry fee
The first year event offers a fabulous venue and BAR points for M1-2-3 and M3-4. Online registration closes at 12:01 AM on Thursday (http://www.bikereg.com/events/register.asp?eventid=8382) so put that sawbuck back in your wallet and sign up today. What do you have to lose or should I save what do you have to save! Thanks Joe from the PCA!
