The 2009 PA BAR point’s standings have been updated with the results of the Oley Valley Road Race (Junior State Championship), Emrick Blvd Criterium, and the DeSales Circuit Race. The PCA board would like to thank the promoters, officials, and the riders for making those events a success. PA BAR points will be awarded for the Tour de Millersburg (based on GC) tomorrow.
