The state of Pennsylvania is home to one of the most celebrated (and famous) out door velodromes in the United States. For 30+ years, cyclist from around
the world have gathered at the Valley Preffered Cycling Center (formerly Lehigh Valley Velodrome) to compete against one another. The 333-meter concrete
track (aka "The
