The PCA Board has elected Jack Poplar to fill the vacant slot for the local association. The PCA Annual Governance meeting will be held on Saturday February 9th at the Eden Resort and Suites in Lancaster from 12 PM to 4 PM. Every year team representatives, promoters, and officials gather in Lancaster for the annual governance meeting. This meeting is important to all USAC licensed riders as the PCA membership sets the direction for the new racing season and beyond.
