The 2014 PA BAR standings are updated with points awarded for the SOYOCO Circuit Race and Franklin Farms Criterium. The latter event served as the JR State Criterium for riders 15 to 18. There were a lot of top quality races in the Mid-Atlantic region this past weekend and I want to thank those riders who elected to race PA BAR events. Unfortunately due to low rider pre-registration the Tour of Mount Joy has been reduced to a one day race with the road race (https://www.bikereg.com/mount-joy-road-race) set for Saturday May 24th.
